27. WILLIAM BLACKABY was born in 1771 in Little Hadham, Hertfordshire and died in 1847.

He was married to SARAH REYNOLDS (daughter of Richard Reynolds and Ann Skinner) in 1800 in Ware. SARAH REYNOLDS was born in 1779 in Gilston and died in 1851.
