4. WILLIAM KINCHIN was born in 1754 in the St. George in the East Workhouse. He was a ropemaker.

He was married to ELIZABETH PERRY (daughter of JOHN PERRY and LYDIA PEARLESS) 24 Aug 1778 in St. George in the East. ELIZABETH PERRY was born about 1853 and died Jan 6th 1843 in St. George in the East.

WILLIAM KINCHIN and ELIZABETH PERRY had the following children:
