A great deal of change has taken place since The Lifeline Anxiety Disorder Newsletter began publishing in 1994, both in terms of the availability of information in anxiety disorders. Much credit for this is due to the wonderful people -- many of them anxiety sufferers themselves -- who have developed sites on the internet.

Many people with severe anxiety disorders, however, do not have access to the Internet. Part of Lifeline's mandate is to pass along some of this new wealth of information and we are always looking for volunteer contributors to our content.

Whether you are a mental health professional, a support person or somebody with an anxiety disorder (see "From one reader to another..." in the current issue for an example of a reader's contribution), if you have material which you would like to make available to anxiety sufferers on the Internet and beyond, please send it to:

Lifeline Anxiety Disorder Newsletter, 431 Victoria Street, Shelburne, Ontario L0N 1S4, Canada

Alternatively, please email your article within the body of the email or contact us to arrange emailing your story to us as an attachment (we do not open unsolicited attachments).

Our readers will appreciate hearing about your experiences and we will be happy to supply you with print version copies of the issue in which your contributed material appears.
